Where can I pick up the car?
Choose Aruba Airport shuttle service, hotel or Airbnb delivery, hotel or Airbnb return, or the Next Gen rental office. For airport pickup, turn right after leaving arrivals, walk toward the Hyatt Place Airport Hotel, and meet Brandon at the Aeromall entrance. We do not have an office inside the airport.
What are the standard pickup and return hours?
Standard pickup and return times are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. An after-hours add-on is available outside that window.
What do I need at pickup?
Bring a valid driver license, matching ID or passport, and a payment method for the rental balance and security hold.
Is insurance included?
Basic Third-Party Liability is included. Optional coverage upgrades may be available at pickup.
